New Delhi: Big fraud Sukesh Chandrashekhar has got a big relief from Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. The court has granted bail to Sukesh in the 2 leaves election symbol case. However, he will remain in jail for now. Actually, Sukesh Chandrashekhar has not yet got bail in the ED’s PMLA and Delhi Police’s MCOCA case. Therefore, he will remain in jail for now.
Let us tell you that the police had accused Sukesh Chandrasekhar, Dinakaran and others of hatching a criminal conspiracy to bribe some officials of the Election Commission. Dinakaran, accused of trying to bribe Election Commission officials to get the “two leaves” election symbol for the VK Sasikala-led AIADMK faction, has also got bail. In its 701-page charge sheet, the police had claimed that the money recovered from Chandrasekhar was sent by Dinakaran through unaccounted channels with the help of other accused persons.
