Rajkumar Panchal alias Bittu Bajrangi, accused of Nuh violence, has also decided to contest the Haryana assembly elections. It is reported that he is going to contest from Faridabad NIT area. The special thing is that he is preparing to contest the assembly elections as an independent candidate. In the year 2023, violence broke out during the Brij Mandal Yatra in Nuh.
According to Tribune, Bittu has announced to contest the election as an independent. He said that he has been campaigning in the area for the last few months, but is now ready to file nomination papers, as the number of his supporters has increased significantly in the last few years. He says that he is campaigning door to door. Only a few weeks are left for voting in the state.
Bittu Bajrangi remained surrounded by controversies
Bittu Bajrangi is an accused in the violence that took place in Nuh in the year 2023. Last month, the police had registered a case against Bittu, in which some people were forcibly taking away cattle from their owner. There were also allegations against him of giving hate speech on social media. The police had also issued a show cause notice to Bittu to cancel his arms license.

Bittu’s younger brother Mahesh died in January. After this, the then Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had reached his house to offer condolences. Bittu had then claimed that some people of a particular religion had killed his brother. The names of the candidates are being announced continuously by the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress. On Sunday itself, the Congress has released a list of 9 new names.
