BJP gave a blow to Nitish Kumar’s party in Daman Diu, now only 2 district panchayat members are left in JDU

JDU Members Join BJP: In Bihar, Nitish Kumar had formed a government of grand alliance by playing politics with BJP, but since then JDU is facing constant setbacks. Earlier in Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh, BJP had given setbacks to JDU. Now the district panchayat members of JDU in Daman Diu have left the party and joined BJP. BJP tweeted about this and said that in Danah and Daman Diu, 15 out of 17 district panchayat members of JDU and the entire unit of state JDU joined BJP today.

BJP said that these people have joined BJP in protest against Nitish Kumar’s support of Bahubali, corrupt and familyist party leaving BJP which has given impetus to development in Bihar.

Nitish Kumar did it

In fact, the NDA government of Bihar fell with the resignation of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and he took oath as the Chief Minister once again by forming the government with the RJD-led Grand Alliance. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav took oath along with him as the Deputy Chief Minister. BJP then called it a big fraud with the public.

There was also a setback in Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur

However, after separating from the BJP, JDU is facing constant setbacks. First in Arunachal Pradesh and then in Manipur, BJP gave setbacks to JDU. A big setback for JDU in Manipur was also because the party won 6 out of 38 seats in the assembly elections, but out of those 6 MLAs, they are left with only one MLA, five have gone to BJP.

Earlier in Arunachal Pradesh, on August 25, the lone JDU MLA Teki Kaso joined the BJP. BJP has said this time also that these members joined BJP because JDU supported familyism and cheated the public.
