Champawat: A major accident was avoided near Swanla on Pithoragarh-Tanakpur National Highway in Uttarakhand. Due to the wisdom of the driver of the roadways bus, the lives of 22 passengers in the bus were saved. Actually, on Wednesday the bus from Tanakpur depot was going from Pithoragarh towards Tanakpur. When the bus left Champawat towards Tanakpur at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, it went out of control near Swanla. As soon as the passengers sitting in the bus came to know about this, there was an outcry.

However, the driver crashed the bus into a hill, after which the bus stopped. All the passengers on the bus heaved a sigh of relief.

More than a dozen people died in a tragic bus accident

At the same time, let us tell you that a tragic bus accident took place in Guna, Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday night. The bus going to Aaron collided with a speeding dumper and caught fire. There were about 30 to 40 passengers in the bus in which 13 people were burnt alive. At the same time, 17 people are said to be seriously injured, who have been admitted to the district hospital. The bus driver also died in the accident. According to the passengers, the driver and conductor were under the influence of alcohol.

No help arrived for an hour

It is being told that on Wednesday night, Khatara bus of Sikarwar bus service was going from Guna to Aaron. Then he collided with a dumper coming from the opposite direction. The bus caught fire after the collision. Some people could barely escape. The remaining passengers informed the police and fire brigade. But passengers say that no help reached there for an hour. Due to which there is a possibility of many people getting injured in it. After getting information about the incident, Collector and SP reached the spot and sent the injured to the district hospital.
