BRS made social media a weapon in Telangana assembly elections

Telangana Election 2023 News: There is undoubtedly a race between Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and Congress for the assembly elections to be held on November 30 in Telangana. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is nowhere to be seen in the contest here. Although BJP is making all efforts from its side. Amidst all this, BRS seems to be overshadowing everyone else on social media. He has created a hi-tech system for election campaign.

If you look at the digital campaign on social media, BRS’s strategy is to reach out to every section of the society. While she is reaching out to the common people through YouTube and Facebook, she is trying to reach out to the educated youth through LinkedIn. Apart from this, she is also using radio for election campaign. The rest of the parties are not visible far away in the promotion on LinkedIn.

BRS counting its good work

BRS is also reaching out to the youth by posting the good work done during its tenure on radio, YouTube and LinkedIn. Such a campaign was started by BRS working president KT Rama Rao (KTR). The YouTube channel on which he is active has more than two million followers.

Big team is ready for promotion

At the same time, BRS seems to be ahead in other forms of publicity also. KTR’s interviews with popular Telugu heroes will soon be aired on channels. More than 750 personnel are maintaining a front in 120 social media war rooms across the state. A micro war room has been created in each constituency to assist the candidates contesting local elections.

17000 WhatsApp groups in the entire state

Not only this, BRS has around 17,000 WhatsApp groups across the state, which have more than 16 lakh members and on a daily basis, they have to circulate at least eight messages in the form of text, video or photograph.
