New Delhi. In Budget 2023, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has made big announcements regarding the health sector. The announcements made by the Finance Minister in the health budget for the nursing and pharma sectors are going to provide immense employment opportunities. In order to increase the number of nursing staff and nursing officers in the hospitals, the central government is going to open 157 new nursing colleges at the locations around the 157 medical colleges opened in 2014.
With the new nursing colleges being opened in such a large number, not only the nursing students but also the people associated with the academic field of nursing will get huge employment opportunities. Along with this, the Finance Minister has also announced to implement a new curriculum for medical devices by 2047.
