A passenger on IndiGo’s Bangalore Patna flight beat up his co-passenger. He also abused him. This shocked everyone on board the flight. The airport security personnel took the accused passenger into custody immediately after landing.
ShareThere was a huge commotion on Friday in an Indigo Airlines flight coming from Bangalore to Patna. A passenger on the plane suddenly attacked another co-passenger. The incident happened in flight number 6E 6451 when the plane was about to land at Patna airport. Airport sources said that the young man who attacked seems to be mentally disturbed and a little deranged. During interrogation, he started apologizing. Meanwhile, the passenger who was attacked denied knowing the attacking passenger beforehand. He has not made any written complaint in this regard.
Actually, just before landing at Patna airport, as soon as the lights of the cabin of the plane were switched off, suddenly a passenger got up and started abusing and punching the passenger sitting in the front seat. By the time people understood the matter, he had already punched him two-four times. The passengers present in the plane were stunned after the sudden incident.
There was chaos in the flight for some time. Somehow the crew members stopped the attacking passenger. Meanwhile, after the plane landed on the runway and the situation came under control, the aviation security staff took the attacking passenger off the plane. The passenger was interrogated till late night.
In January this year, a passenger got angry when an Indigo flight from Delhi to Goa was delayed and he suddenly slapped the pilot. This created chaos in the plane. This matter also became a topic of much discussion.
