Increase the frequency of 18 trains for Chhath Puja
The pressure is increasing continuously regarding the reservation
These trains will operate till the completion of Chhath Mahaparv

Jaipur. Due to the festive season, the railways has been continuously battling with excessive passenger load for some time now. This is the first time after Kovid that the number of passengers is increasing continuously for Dussehra, Diwali and Chhath (Dussehra, Diwali and Chhath Puja). In view of this, the Railways has decided to operate the special trains which started operating during the festival of Diwali till Chhath. This is likely to bring a lot of relief to the passengers traveling to and from their homes on Chhath Puja. These include 18 trains.

Captain Shashi Kiran, CPRO of North Western Railway said that even before Dussehra, more than 100 coaches were increased in more than 40 trains. This was done because in the festive season, the pressure of railway passengers regarding the reservation was increasing continuously. But when this was not even talked about, the temporary operation of 18 special trains was started. These trains were to run till Diwali. But now the Railways has decided that these 18 trains will be operated till the completion of Chhath Mahaparv.

These trains increasing the frequency are included
According to CPRO Captain Shashi Kiran, these trains include 18 trains including Jaipur-Bandra Terminus, Jaipur-Patna Sharif, Jodhpur-Bandra Terminus and Ajmer-Bandra Terminus. Apart from this, the North Western Railway zone is also in contact with other railway zones of the country. These include North Central Railway and Northern Railway which is operating additional trains on the occasion of Chhath. In all the trains of these two zones passing through North Western Railway, passengers going from Jodhpur, Ajmer, Jaipur, Bikaner to UP and Bihar are getting travel facilities.

Passenger load is constantly being reviewed
North Western Railway says that it is continuously reviewing the increased passenger load. If needed, some more trains can be started operating for a fixed time till the completion of Chhath Mahaparv. At this time, the pressure of the passengers is also high because the passengers who went to their homes on Diwali are returning and the movement of passengers has started on Chhath. In such a situation, instead of reducing the pressure of passengers, the pressure has increased more.
