Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has issued fresh summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on the second ED complaint for not complying with summons in the alleged Delhi Liquor Policy money laundering case. He has been directed to appear on March 16.
What is the whole matter?
The ED had filed a fresh complaint in a court seeking prosecution against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for not complying with summons in the money laundering probe. According to reports, the new complaint pertains to non-compliance of summons numbers 4 to 8 sent by ED to AAP national convenor Kejriwal under Section 50 of PMLA.
