Women Dead body found in neighbor’s bed: The dead body of a woman has been found in the bed of her neighbor’s house in village Sheikh Farenda Tola Karamahiya of Sonauli Kotwali area of Maharajganj, UP. This incident happened late on Monday evening. This incident created a sensation in the area. This woman had suddenly disappeared from home in the evening. The family members expressed suspicion about the neighbor and informed the police. When the police reached the information and searched the neighbour’s house, they found the dead body of the woman.
Jasmati, wife of village resident Jitendra Sahni, suddenly disappeared from home on Monday evening. For some time, the family members thought that she might have gone somewhere in the neighborhood, but when it got too late, the family members started suspecting something untoward. Jitendra started searching for his wife. On receiving information about Jasmati’s disappearance, the villagers along with her family members started searching for her. After some time, when nothing could be found about Jasmati, Jitendra informed the Sonauli police. As soon as the information was received, Police Station Head Ankit Singh reached the spot with the police force. When the police team started searching the house of his neighbor uncle on the suspicion of Jitendra Sahni, Jasmati’s body was found hidden in a box under the bed of the room.

The news that Jasmati was murdered and her body was hidden in a neighbour’s house spread like wildfire in the village. Within no time a large number of villagers gathered. Seeing the atmosphere of chaos, a large number of police forces were called. As soon as the information was received, CO Jai Prakash Tripathi reached the spot. The police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. Whereas six members of the house from where the dead body was recovered were immediately taken into custody by the police.

Maharajganj Additional Superintendent of Police Atish Singh said that after receiving information about the incident, the police team reached the spot and recovered Jasmati’s body from the neighbour’s house. There is suspicion of murder due to rivalry. On the complaint of Jitendra Sahani, a case has been registered against neighbor Sandeep Sahani, Manorama Sahani, Sanju Sahani, Radhika, Gautam Sahani, Sonu Sahani under sections of murder and hiding evidence, all the accused have been arrested and sent to jail.
