How will the police find out the murder or suicide?

Actually, in such cases, the post mortem report helps the most in the investigation of the police. If a person was hanged from a fan after strangulation with a rope, then in the post-mortem report marks like the English word ‘o’ made of rope will be found on the neck. On the other hand, if the death of the manager is due to hanging, then in the postmortem report, the marks of the English word Q on the neck will be made of rope. In such a situation, if o sign is found, then the police will investigate the matter by registering a case from the angle of murder.
