New Delhi. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said in the new Parliament on Sunday that India’s prestige in the world has increased during the Amrit period. He made the Indian Parliament capable of converting internal and global challenges into opportunities. Lok Sabha Speaker said, ‘Democracy is the foundation of our strong future. Unity in diversity is our strength.

In the new Parliament House, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said, ‘Today the whole country is witnessing this historic moment in the amritkal of independence. I thank PM Modi, with whose determination and inspiring guidance this new building of Parliament was completed in less than 2.5 years.
