Dollars rain on the world’s top 10 richest people, Elon Musk earned 12 billion dollars in a single day

Billionaire List From Elon Musk to Sergey Brin, dollars rained on the world’s top 10 billionaires on Thursday. Elon Musk was the most ‘drenched’ among them. All the billionaires drenched in the rain of dollars are Americans except France’s Bernard Arnault. The wealth of the top 10 billionaires has increased by about 40 billion dollars in a single day. On the other hand, Asia’s richest Mukesh Ambani’s wealth also increased by 508 million dollars, but he could not move ahead of the 12th position. Whereas, Adani has come to the 16th position after losing 616 million dollars.

Musk’s net worth crossed $250 billion in one go

According to the Bloomberg Billionaire Index, the world’s number one richest man Elon Musk’s wealth increased by $12 billion in a single day. Musk’s net worth has reached $260 billion in one go. After this, Facebook’s parent company Meta’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg also added $7.28 billion. Now his total wealth has reached $198 billion.

Jeff Bezos, the world’s second richest man, added $3.14 billion on Thursday. Now his wealth has become $212 billion. Bernard Arnault, who is the fourth richest man, his wealth has increased by $5.58 billion to $183 billion. Larry Ellison also added $3.23 billion. Now his net worth is $179 billion. Bill Gates’ wealth increased by $958 million. His net worth has now become $162 billion. Apart from these, Steve Ballmer, Larry Page, Warren Buffett and Sergey Brin’s wealth also saw a significant increase.

Why did the wealth of billionaires soar?

The reason behind the rise in the net worth of the top 10 billionaires is the rise in the shares of their respective companies. A tremendous rally was seen in the US stock markets on Thursday. Due to this, the shares of Elon Muskie’s Tesla jumped by 7.36 percent. Meta’s shares increased by about 4 percent. Amazon increased by 1.85.
