As soon as the joint team of security forces reached the suspected spot, the terrorists opened fire on them. In retaliation, the encounter started. Encounter is still on. Security forces have surrounded 2 to 3 terrorists.

Terrorists being eliminated

118 terrorists killed so far this year

Earlier in the month of June, four terrorists were killed in two separate encounters in Jammu and Kashmir. Two of them were Pakistanis. According to the Jammu and Kashmir Police, till June this year, a total of 118 terrorists, including 77 of Pakistan-sponsored Lashkar-e-Taiba (Let) and 26 of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), were in the valley. ) are stacked.
