Even if you are guilty, the building will not be demolished, Supreme Court reprimanded the Center for bulldozer action

The Supreme Court has strongly reprimanded the Central Government on the bulldozer action. On Monday, the apex court has made it clear that even if a person is proven guilty, the building will not be demolished. A petition was filed in the apex court against ‘bulldozer justice’, in which it was said that as a part of ‘revenge’ action, houses are being demolished without ‘notice’.
