Bhajanlal government’s ‘bulldozer action’ has started against history-sheeter Hazrat alias Guddu in Kota city of Rajasthan. The court has sentenced the history-sheeter to life imprisonment in a murder case. At present, he is out on bail.
On Thursday, the Kota Development Authority demolished the illegal encroachment made by Hazrat Ali alias Guddu. This action of the authority took place in the Udyog Nagar police station area of ​​the city. During the action, the entire case was monitored by Kota city Superintendent of Police Amrita Duhan.
Udyog Nagar police station officer Jitendra Shekhawat said that the accused Hazrat Ali alias Guddu has been sentenced to life imprisonment in a murder case. He is currently out on bail and has become active by forming his own gang. There are 55 cases registered against Guddu for several serious crimes including murder, attempt to murder, robbery, extortion, rape, illegal weapons, firing. Apart from Kota city, cases are registered against him in rural areas, Baran, Jhalawar, Bundi, Chittorgarh and Maharashtra. The accused has also fired at the police.
Police information so far has revealed that history-sheeter Hazrat alias Guddu committed his first crime at the age of 14. He has also been acquitted in more than a dozen cases by intimidating witnesses. Kota City Police also took action against him under Rajpasa in the year 2021. During this time, the accused was in jail for a year, but as soon as he came out, he started committing crimes again.
Firing has happened due to gang war
Information received from sources has revealed that there was firing at the house of accused Hazrat alias Guddu in the year 2022 due to gang war. The miscreants who fired used to work in the gang of the history sheeter earlier. Police say that Hazrat alias Guddu has been absconding for the last 8 months and is threatening people.
