Donation is being sought by showing QR code in the name of Ram
The construction of a grand temple of Lord Ram is going on in Ayodhya. Ramlala’s life will be consecrated on 22 January. Big personalities of the country including Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in this program. Earlier, a fake case of collecting donations in the name of construction of Ram temple has come to light. Actually a tweet has been made by Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP). VHP national spokesperson Vinod Bansal shared the post on X. By sharing the post, he has exposed the fake way of asking for donations in the name of Ram temple and has appealed to the people not to donate to such people.
Fraud in the name of Lord Ram
The VHP leader shared the post on social media platform X. While sharing the post, he wrote, ‘Be careful, some people are trying to cheat money by creating fake ID in the name of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra. Delayed action should be taken against such people. No one has been chosen by Shri Ram Teerth to collect donations in view of this festival. Actually he has shared two screenshots. In this screenshot, a QR code is visible which has been shared on Facebook and it has been written that Ram Mandir Ayodhya Chanda should be demonstrated.
VHP exposed the fraud
Bansal said that after the entire matter came to light, an operation was launched to detect the fraud. After this it was revealed that QR code was being used to collect donations. His number is registered in the name of a woman. VHP has complained about this matter to the Director General of Police and Inspector General of Police of UP. A copy of the complaint has also been sent to the Home Ministry. A copy of this complaint has also been sent to CM Yogi Adityanath. VHP has demanded that action should be taken on this matter as soon as possible.
