Ravindra Jadeja Campaigns for Wife Rivaba: For the Gujarat Assembly Election 2022, Ravindra Jadeja, husband of BJP candidate Rivaba Jadeja from Jamnagar North seat and cricketer Ravindra Jadeja, is also leaving no stone unturned in campaigning. However, right now he is mostly campaigning for his wife through social media.

Rivaba Jadeja on Monday (November 14) filed her nomination papers as a BJP candidate from Jamnagar North seat. Earlier on the evening of November 13, Ravindra Jadeja posted a 53-second video in Gujarati language on his Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, in which he was seen seeking support for his wife. He appealed to the public to create an environment for the victory of his wife.

When Rivaba reached the BJP office in Jamnagar before nomination, husband Ravindra Jadeja was with her. A program was kept before the nomination. Many supporters had gathered on the spot. The atmosphere had become like a rally. In his video, Ravindra Jadeja had also appealed to the people to reach out in large numbers.

While Rivaba, who arrived for the nomination, wore a yellow sari, Ravindra Jadeja was wearing a saffron colored kurta. The BJP is also commonly referred to as the saffron party. With Jadeja wearing a saffron kurta, speculations were rife that he would soon join the BJP.

Jadeja said this to the media for his wife

On this occasion, Ravindra Jadeja told the media, “This is her (Rivab Jadeja) first time as an MLA candidate and she will learn a lot.” I hope they get progress in this. She is of helpful nature and always wanted to help people, hence joined politics. She wants to work for the people by following the path of PM Modi.

Recently, while talking to the media, Rivaba had said that husband Ravindra Jadeja will campaign for her after being nominated as a candidate by the BJP. Rivaba’s sister-in-law i.e. Ravindra Jadeja’s sister Naina has opposed giving ticket to sister-in-law. Naina is a Congress leader and is opposing Rivaba while campaigning for her party’s candidate. Ravindra Jadeja has been seen supporting his wife till now, but not a single post has come about his sister Naina.

On getting the BJP ticket to Rivaba, Ravindra Jadeja shared a post on social media with his wife’s picture, in which he also expressed his gratitude to PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. Ravindra Jadeja wrote, “Many congratulations to my wife on getting the BJP ticket in the Vidhansabha elections. I am very proud of all your efforts and your hard work. Lots of best wishes from my side, may you keep working like this for the development of the society. I would like to thank our Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and Shri Amit Shah ji for believing in his abilities and giving him a chance to do noble work.

This is how Jadeja has been seeing Rivaba’s social service

Last month (October 17) Ravindra Jadeja shared a poster written in Gujarati with Rivaba’s picture on his social media account. In it he wrote, “Very proud of you. Visiting 200 villages and helping people in our society is no small feat. Keep doing the wonderful work you are doing and through this noble cause, you serve more people. May God keep blessing you.”

In Jamnagar North seat, Rivaba is pitted against Congress candidate Dipendrasinh Jadeja and Aam Aadmi Party candidate Karsan Karmore. Karmor was earlier in BJP and has been the Deputy Mayor in Jamnagar. Sitting MLA Dharmendrasinh Jadeja has been angry with the BJP ever since he was denied ticket. Let us tell you that there will be two phases of voting in Gujarat on 1st and 5th December. On the other hand, on December 8, counting of votes will be done along with Himachal Pradesh.
