Gyanvapi case: Varanasi court dismisses plea of ​​Muslim side, next hearing on September 22 – Fast Hindi News

Lucknow: In the important decision in the dispute related to Gyanvapi Masjid, the decision has come in support of the Hindu side. The Varanasi District Court dismissed the petition of the Muslim side and said that the suit was maintainable.

As reported by news agency ANI, advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, representing the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi Masjid case, said: “The court dismissed the plea of ​​the Muslim side and held that the trial was maintainable. The next hearing of the matter is on September 22.”

“It is a victory for the Hindu community,” said Sohan Lal Arya, one of the petitioners in the case.

“The next hearing is on September 22. It is the cornerstone of the Gyanvapi temple. Appealed to the people to maintain peace.”

Another petitioner, Manju Vyas, appearing for the Hindu side said, “India is happy today, my Hindu brothers and sisters should light a lamp to celebrate.”
