Shahzad Ali, the main accused of stone pelting at Kotwali police station in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, has been arrested. After arresting Shahzad Ali on Wednesday, the police presented him in the court. After getting a three-day remand from the court, the police is busy interrogating Shahzad. Chhatarpur police is trying to find out whether the stone pelting incident happened suddenly or there was a conspiracy behind it. Some of the questions that the police want answers to from Shahzad are also about his social media accounts. Efforts are also being made to find out whether the posts going viral on X with Shahzad Ali’s name and picture have been made by him or is it the work of someone else in his name.

Provocative posts are being continuously made from an ex-handle named Shahzad Ali. Initially, people believed it to be the handle of the main accused of the Chhatarpur case. But even after Shahzad’s arrest, the continuous posting from this account has increased the suspicion of it being fake. The police is now trying to find out whether Shahzad has any link to this account or someone else is doing this in his name.
Provocative thing in the bio itself
The bio of the Twitter account that has come under the scanner has an inflammatory statement written in it. It alleges discrimination in the name of religion in India. It says, ‘I am a Muslim from that India where even innocent people are bulldozed on the basis of their Muslim names..!’
‘There won’t even be a ouch’
After the demolition of Haji Shahzad Ali’s mansion, a tweet was made from this ex-handle which is quite viral. Showing its attitude, it was said that for Rasool, even if we lose our house or our life, we won’t even complain. This tweet from an account with around 3500 followers was seen by millions of people. Along with the video of the bulldozer action, it was written, ‘The house kept getting built for seven years. The house was built and no notice was given. As soon as I reached the police station to submit a memorandum against the thug Rasool, the house was bulldozed the next day. I would just like to say this to the government administration that we are lovers of Rasool, forget about our house, even if we lose our lives, we won’t even complain.’
Police is investigating
In this case, Chhatarpur SP Agam Jain says that investigation is being done to find out who owns this account on X and who is running it. Haji Shahzad Ali is currently on remand and he is also being questioned about the account.
