Today the police used water cannon and lathi charge on the people who were protesting for the release of the captive Sikhs, we oppose it.
He said, ‘The behavior of the administration was wrong. The administration is responsible for today’s developments. We have been protesting peacefully, but the administration wanted to harm our dharna. Our people were injured due to the police action, many Sikhs lost their lives. Some of our people misbehaved with media persons, we are sorry for that.
Along with this, he said that our group will go tomorrow as well, but if the police stops us, we will sit there. The intention of the government is not to solve the issues of Sikhs, that is why today’s incident happened.
