Along with this, BJP announced to contest the assembly elections to be held this year from Chittorgarh under the leadership of MP CP Joshi. CP Joshi will replace former state president Satish Poonia. BJP leaders congratulated CP Joshi on his coronation and also praised Poonia’s work. Vasundhara faction was continuously opposing Satish Poonia after becoming its president. The party was divided into two factions.

BJP has made CP Joshi the president of Rajasthan in the election year. In such a situation, this responsibility is not going to be easy for CP Joshi. It is being told that CP Joshi can also join the team of the party’s national president JP Nadda. First challenge – keeping the party united
The first challenge before CP Joshi will be to keep the party united in the state. Internal tussle is at its peak in Rajasthan BJP. Ever since Satish Poonia became the state president, the faction of former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje had unsheathed their swords. The factionalism in the party had reached its peak. Ending this factionalism will be the first priority for the new state president.

Second challenge – the struggle of CM face
Assembly elections are to be held in Rajasthan at the end of the year, before that the race for CM face has started in the state BJP. In this, the names of Vasundhara Raje, Union Minister Gajendra Shekhawat, Satish Poonia and Ashwini Vaishnav are coming to the fore. Vasundhara Raje has even presented her claim in symbols. Cultivating these strong leaders will not be an easy task.

Third Challenge – To strengthen BJP’s land
Ashok Gehlot’s government has already started the work of wooing the voters by continuously bringing populist schemes. The Aam Aadmi Party is also making full preparations to jump into the assembly elections this time. At the same time, Hanuman Beniwal’s party is also constantly trying to increase its mass base. In such a situation, strengthening the BJP’s ground in Rajasthan will be a big challenge for CP Joshi.

Fourth Challenge – Cultivating Vote Bank
The command of Rajasthan was in the hands of Satish Poonia at a time when the whole country was battling with the havoc spread by the corona virus infection. During the tenure of Satish Poonia, BJP was able to form its executive in 50 thousand out of 52 thousand booths. CP Joshi will have the responsibility to activate all these booths and prepare them for elections, so that all kinds of vote banks can be simplified.

Fifth Challenge – Compensating Gulabchand Kataria and Satish Poonia
Jat vote bank is very important for any political party in Rajasthan. In such a situation, former BJP President Satish Poonia will have to adjust somewhere, otherwise Jat votes may shift towards Hanuman Beniwal or Congress. On the other hand, it is said in the politics of Rajasthan that the one who won Mewar holds the key to power in the state. Gulabchand Kataria, a veteran leader of Mewar region, has been made the governor, so the challenge of filling his void will not be easy.
