Brahmapur: A person takes all kinds of steps to make his love memorable, but everyone is surprised to see what a husband from Brahmapur, Odisha did in the memory of his deceased wife. This husband not only got a silicone statue of his wife made, but also decorated this statue every day in the same way as a living married woman does.
What is the whole matter?
Kiran, wife of a businessman Prashant Nayak (age 52 years) died in Brahmapur city of South Odisha during the Corona period. Both of them were married in the year 1997 and have 3 children including 2 daughters. But Prashant missed his wife so much that he made a silicone statue of Kiran. This idol is absolutely lifelike in appearance and it seems as if Kiran has come alive.
Prashant has kept the silicone statue of his wife Kiran in his drawing room. This is the statue sitting on the sofa, which Prashant had dressed in saree and jewelery during his elder daughter’s wedding. His daughter Mehak takes regular care of the idol and changes the idol’s saree and jewellery. Mehak is currently a student and is studying MBA.
Prashant says that whenever he looks at this statue, he feels that his wife is with him. Prashant told that his children wanted that a statue of their mother should be in the house. After which he asked his children to contact a good sculptor.
How was the statue made?
A sculptor from Bengaluru created this statue in a year using fiber, rubber and silicone. The total cost of this statue is around eight lakh rupees. This idol was brought to the house before the marriage of the elder daughter, so that no one feels the absence of their mother.
Prashant’s children say that now they feel that their mother is always with them. (input language)
