After this Ram Ujagir Modanwal took over the shop and now his sons Baijnath, Ramnath, Aman and Rohan are handling the shop, who is the third generation of Mevalal Modanwal. Not only this, there is often a line of people buying and eating pomp at this shop.
The shop operator Baijnath told that whatever spices are in the pomp and kachalu, they themselves prepare it at home in a desi way. This spice is completely chemical free. Also told that for diabetics also he has a separate arrogance, in which indigenous spices are used along with onion dumplings and hot chickpeas. Apart from this, Baijnath told that he has four brothers. He runs a shop from 8 am to 8 pm and lives in two shifts. There is no servant in the shop, but from making goods to serving the customer, they do the work themselves.

Baijnath told that we use onion dumplings, potato dumplings, hot chickpeas and home-made spices as per taste in making puffiness. Whereas boiled potatoes, coriander, chilli and salt are used to make Kachalu. At the same time, Baijnath’s younger brother Aman told that about 700 customers come every day from far and wide to eat arrogantly. Half plate boasts 15 rupees, then full plate is available for 20 rupees.

Aman, one of the owners of Shri Ram Chaat Bhandar, told that whenever people come to the shop from places like Lucknow, Kanpur, Noida, Jhansi, apart from nearby districts, they eat arrogant and clumsy and get packed and take them away. Not only this, Sunny, who came from Tanda in Basti district, told News18 Local that he often comes to eat arrogant because its taste is wonderful.
