IIT Madras: You can study from IIT without passing JEE Main, this is how you will get admission, know all the details

IIT Madras: It has often been seen that after passing 12th, people dream of studying in IIT. But for this one has to pass the JEE Main 2023 exam. If you are not able to clear JEE Main 2023, then there is nothing to worry about. Without this also you can study from IIT. One such course has been started by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras under the Center for Outreach and Digital Education. Applications have also been sought for this. These executive education courses are of six months duration and are meant for those who want to upskill their current profile.

The last date for registration for these courses is June 20 and the program starts from July 1. This program is being organized online to reach different parts of the country. Manufacturing technology and management, e-mobility and electric vehicle engineering, operations and supply chain analytics for strategic decision making, quantum computing and additive manufacturing technology from practicing engineers are some of the areas covered in these six-month executive education courses.

These online courses also include live interaction with professionals and weekly assignments apart from online lecturers. The eMobility and Electric Vehicle Engineering course was primarily designed to present the basic ideas and practical applications of electric vehicles and related technology. After successful completion, program completion certificates were distributed to the first batch on 29th April while the second batch is underway and registration for the third batch is now open.

Courses such as the Quantum Computing Program for Strategic Decision Making and the Supply Chain Analytics Program introduce the practical concepts needed to substantiate your decisions. Taking an additive manufacturing course can help working engineers learn about the basic ideas that underpin different additive manufacturing methodologies as well as how the acquired knowledge is used to promote the commercial viability of additive manufacturing technologies.
