On 27th July, a BJP leader from Lodhiyan was shot and killed. The BJP leader had hatched this conspiracy to trap the three people who had gone to jail. Now the police have filed a case against five people including the BJP leader and sent them to jail. The police had received information about BJP leader Prempal son of Kishanlal resident of Lodhiyan being shot at Sainik Square at 10 pm on 27th July. After treatment at the government hospital, he was taken to Cosmos Hospital in Moradabad. The police had arrested Dilip, Hemant and Shyamlal resident of Mohalla Lodhiyan, who were named for the shooting, and sent them to jail. The police had doubts on Prempal’s theory. On the instructions of the Superintendent of Police and Additional Superintendent of Police, the investigation of this case was started. What came to light on the basis of CCTV footage and CDR, alerted the police.
According to the police, at the behest of Prempal and his associates Amir Ali resident of village Raholi police station Kudhfatehgarh, Sharafat resident of village Nagla Purva police station Kudhfatehgarh, Rahul Valmiki resident of Beri Kheda Das police station Baniyathera, Jaiveer Singh resident of village Kheda Das police station Faizganj Behathar district Badaun, currently resident of Mohalla Chunni police station Chandausi, a land case was going on in Badaun between Prempal and Dilip who was in jail. Prempal, along with Jaiveer and Rahul, in a planned manner, met a hospital compounder and got an incision made in his waist. After this, he got bullets put in it and informed the police.
The case was completely cleared in the police investigation. After this, the police arrested all the four accused and sent them to jail. While Jaiveer is still out of the reach of the police. In the absence of evidence against the three people in jail, a report has been sent to the court under the law. On the information given by the accused, the police recovered two surgical blades, a surgical scissor, a pistol and a cartridge shell.
