New Delhi, February 29: In view of the Lok Sabha elections, India TV-CNX has conducted opinion poll on all 48 seats of Maharashtra. According to this poll, if elections are held now, the BJP-led NDA alliance is likely to win 35 out of 48 seats in the state. At the same time, INDIA alliance of opposition parties is expected to win 13 seats. This opinion poll has been broadcast on the news channel today Thursday.

According to opinion poll, this time NDA is expected to get 53 percent votes. Whereas INDIA alliance can get 35 percent votes. At the same time, 12 percent votes are estimated to go to the accounts of others including independents.

According to estimates of India TV-CNX opinion poll, BJP is leading in this election with 25 seats, while its ally Shiv Sena (Shinde) can win 6 and NCP (Ajit Pawar) can win 4 seats. At the same time, according to estimates, Shiv Sena (UBT) can win 8 seats, NCP (Sharad Pawar) 3 seats and Congress can win only 2 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. Region wise seat forecast in Maharashtra

  • In North Maharashtra which has 6 seats, NDA can win 5 seats and INDIA can win 1 seat.
  • In the 10-seat Vidarbha region, NDA may get 9 seats and INDIA may get 1 seat.
  • In Marathwada region which has 8 seats, NDA and INDIA can win 4-4 seats.
  • In Mumbai with 6 seats, NDA can win 5 seats and the remaining 1 seat will go to INDIA block.
  • In Thane-Konkan region of 7 seats, NDA can win 6 and INDIA- 1 seat.
  • In the 11-seat West Maharashtra region, NDA may get 6 seats and INDIA may get 5 seats.

Major seat estimates

  • The India TV-CNX survey said the state’s Mumbai North, Mumbai North-East, Mumbai North-Central, Palghar, Bhiwandi, Pune, Ahmednagar, Solapur, Sangli, Nagpur, Nandurbar, Dhule, Jalgaon, Raver, Dindori, BJP seems strong in Akola, Amravati, Wardha, Bhandara-Gondiya, Gadchiroli-Chimur, Chandrapur, Nanded, Jalna, Latur and Beed.
  • India TV-CNX survey says Shiv Sena (UBT) looks strong in Nashik, Parbhani, Aurangabad, Osmanabad, Mumbai South, Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg, Shirdi and Hatkanangle.
  • Shiv Sena (Shinde) looks strong in Buldhana, Yavatmal-Washim, Mumbai North-West, Mumbai South-Central, Kalyan and Thane.
  • NCP (Sharad Pawar) is looking strong in Shirur, Madha and Satara, while NCP (Ajit Pawar) is looking strong in Baramati, Kolhapur, Maval and Raigarh. Congress seems strong in Ramtek and Hingoli.
