Indian Army’s strength will increase further, Agni Prime completely passed in night test
According to officials, top officials of DRDO and Strategic Forces Command witnessed the successful test firing of Agni Prime, which paved the way for induction of these missiles into the armed forces. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh congratulated DRDO and Armed Forces for the successful test firing of Agni Prime.
Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has developed it. It is a surface-to-surface nuclear capable missile. It is the smallest and lightest missile in the Agni series. It becomes easy to move and deploy these missiles from one place to another. This gives great flexibility to the army. The accuracy of Agni prime missile is more than the previous Agni missiles.
