In 2014, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi took power in the country, there were only 6.25 lakh network towers in the country. But today there are more than 25 lakh telecom towers across the country. Also, till the year 2014, only 1.5 crore people had internet or broadband facility, but now this number is more than 85 crore.
