Jamshedpur. Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari dedicated double decker elevated corridor and 10 road projects in Jamshedpur with an investment of more than Rs 3800 crore. He inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 10 projects, including the Double Decker Elevated Corridor, by pressing a button at Gopal Maidan in Bishtupur. Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal will get the benefit of all these projects. There will also be freedom from jam on NH 33.

Two lakh crore road will be built in Jharkhand: Addressing the entire country from Jamshedpur on Thursday, Nitin Gadkari said that in the coming years, the government will build roads worth more than two lakh crores in Jharkhand. Jharkhand will become a progressive state of India. Jamshedpur city of Jharkhand is a very developed city. The country’s first double-decker elevated corridor is going to be built here, which will give a boost to the development of Jharkhand including Jamshedpur.

Nitin Gadkari said that development takes place through water, power, transport and communication. Gadkari reiterated the point of former US President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, saying that John had said one thing that America is a rich country, so the roads here are not better, whereas America’s roads are excellent, that’s why the country is rich. Following his words, roads are being constructed in the country.
