After Iran’s missile attack, it is feared that Israel may attack Iran’s nuclear targets. However, US President Joe Biden has made it clear that his country will not support Israel’s attack on Iranian nuclear targets under any circumstances. Meanwhile, G-7 countries have also held an emergency meeting and expressed concern over the open war front between Iran and Israel and discussed to ensure that the war does not flare up further.
In fact, Israel is currently not only fighting a war with Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran but is also facing war on a total of seven fronts. In this way the Israeli army is fighting different enemies on different fronts. This war started last year with Hamas attacks, in which 1200 Israelis lost their lives. After this Israel started a war against Hamas in Gaza. Within a year, Israel has caused large-scale destruction in Gaza.
Meanwhile, fighters of the Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah have been attacking Israel from time to time. Israel has made Hezbollah its target for the last two weeks. Many commanders including its chief have been killed. Israel has now started ground operations in Lebanon and Israeli troops have penetrated about 40 kilometers from the border. During this period, Hezbollah has killed eight Israeli soldiers and caused massive damage to the IDF. All the Israeli soldiers killed were aged between 21 and 23.
Apart from Hezbollah, Yemen’s Houthi rebels have also been firing rockets and missiles at Israel. The Israeli army is fighting on that front also. Iran has been providing money, weapons and training to both these terrorist organizations and has been fighting a proxy war through it in the Middle East. Now there are chances of war between these two countries again after five months. Iran fired about 200 missiles at Israel on Tuesday, after which Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned of facing the consequences. On the other hand, Iran has also said that if Israel retaliates, the consequences will be bad.
Apart from this, Israel is fighting wars on other fronts also. This also includes Syria, Iraq and the West Bank. Radical terrorists from Syria and Iraq are also targeting Israel, while an organization called Palestine Islamic Jihad (PIJ) of the West Bank has also opened a front against Israel. It is a Sunni Islamic terrorist group that seeks to establish an Islamic Palestinian state and is committed to the destruction of Israel. It is the second largest terrorist group in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, founded in 1979 in Egypt as a branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. Overall, the Jewish country Israel is currently fighting with seven enemies on seven fronts and all these enemies are Islamic.
