  • Scammers often ask you for sensitive information like PAN card number, Aadhaar details, bank account details, credit card details, OTP or SIM number.
  • The scammers threaten to disconnect your services if you don’t provide the details they ask for.
  • Scammers may ask you to download and install third-party apps that will give them access to your phone or computer and your personal details.
  • Reliance Jio will never ask you to download third-party apps. If someone tells you this, it’s probably a scam.
