Under the patronage of Justin Trudeau in Canada, Khalistanis do not miss any opportunity to harass India supporters and Hindus. Every day, Khalistan supporters interfere in the programs of Indians. On Sunday, Khalistan supporters also disrupted the India Day parade in Toronto and after this there was a ruckus. Actually Indo-Canadian people had organized a celebration of independence in Toronto. When the India Day parade was taken out, Khalistanis gathered in a crowd and raised slogans and tried to disrupt it. Khalistanis were raising slogans by targeting Hindus.
Indians living in Canada have expressed anger at Khalistan supporters. They say that Khalistanis are openly targeting Hindus. Even at the rally, Khalistanis were raising slogans of ‘Canadian Hindus go back to India’. A day before this event, provocative flyers were put up in which Khalistani Sikhs and Canadian Hindus were described as enemies.
This act of Khalistan supporters was a part of the so-called Khalistani rally. This uproar by Khalistanis has also been opposed on a large scale. The Canadian unit of the Coalition of Hindus of North America (CoHNA) has condemned this incident and said that the shortcomings of Canadian politicians are clearly visible. An attempt is being made to give birth to Hinduphobia in Canada.
CoHNA said that even during Hindu festivals, Khalistanis attack and raise anti-Hindu slogans. Politicians also give speeches against Hindus and Indians. If such an act is committed against any religion or group, the government should also criticize it. Another organization of Canadian Hindus also condemned the incident and said that the Canadian administration will have to be strict about these matters.
