According to the information received so far, former BCCI President and former Indian cricket team captain Sourav Ganguly along with his wife Dona Ganguly will walk on the streets of Kolkata on Wednesday to demand justice for the doctor victim of the Kolkata rape-murder case. Sourav Ganguly’s wife Dona runs a dance school and teaches Odia dance to hundreds of girls there.
Ganguly had condemned the incident
Just a few days ago, Sourav Ganguly condemned the rape and murder of a young doctor in a Kolkata hospital on Sunday. He said that as a father of a daughter, he was deeply saddened by this incident. However, he also said that West Bengal and India are considered safe and no judgment should be made on the entire system based on a single incident.
