Dehradun: State Congress in-charge Kumari Selja has taken a strong action against the appointments made in Uttarakhand Congress. She has cancelled the appointments made by state Congress president Karan Mahra. Kumari Selja said in her letter that these appointments were made without the approval of the All India Congress Committee, so they have been cancelled. In political circles, this is being seen as a brake on the arbitrariness of Uttarakhand Congress.
Shailaja wrote in her letter that some permanent and temporary appointments have been made in the Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Organization and District/Block. All such appointments which have been made without the approval of the AICC are cancelled with immediate effect.
