Let us tell you that this case is from the year 2004 to 2009, when Lalu Yadav was the Railway Minister in the UPA government. It is alleged that during his tenure, many people were given jobs in Railway Group D posts by disregarding the rules. In return, lands were registered in the name of Lalu’s family and close ones. The CBI is investigating the criminal aspect of this case. At the same time, the investigation of the money laundering aspect is with the Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED. ED had filed a supplementary charge sheet in this case on August 6. In this, 11 people were made accused, out of which three have died.
The special thing is that the court has already called Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi, daughter Misa Bharti and younger son Tejaswi Yadav, accused in the Land for Job case, for appearance. But Tej Pratap Yadav has been asked to appear in this case for the first time. In such a situation, the problems of Lalu family are continuously increasing.
