The meeting of these four leaders took place at Anand Sharma’s residence. Sources said that these leaders discussed about the election of Congress President. As per the announced schedule for the election of Congress President, the notification was issued on September 22 and the process of filing nomination papers began on September 24, which will continue till September 30. The last date for withdrawal of nomination papers is October 8. In case of more than one candidate, voting will be held on October 17 and results will be declared on October 19.
