Live: Passenger train and goods train collide in Maharashtra, three bogies derail, more than 50

Maharashtra Train Accident: A passenger train and a goods train have collided in Gondia, Maharashtra, in which more than 50 passengers are said to be injured. Three bogies are said to have derailed in the accident. It is being told that the accident happened at 2.30 pm. The reason behind the accident being found by the signal is being told. No death has been reported so far due to the accident.

It is being said that one of these trains was going from Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh to Jodhpur in Rajasthan. Due to lack of signal, the passenger train Bhagat Ki Kothi and the goods train clashed.

According to the information, due to signal problem, both the trains had come on the same track. On receiving the signal, the Kothi passenger train of Bilaspur-Bhagat overtook. At the same time, the goods train was going towards Nagpur on this track. When the railway signal was not received, the passenger train hit the goods train near Gondia Gate. It is being told that a total of 53 passengers have been injured in this train accident, out of which 13 have suffered minor injuries.
