Shiv Sena Rebel MLAs: Amidst the ongoing political turmoil in Maharashtra, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Narhari Jirwal may issue notices to 16 MLAs, whom Shiv Sena has sought to disqualify. According to sources, notices will be issued to the rebel Shiv Sena MLAs on Saturday and they will be given time till Monday to reply. According to sources, the MLAs can also be asked for physical presence.
Earlier, Maharashtra Advocate General Ashutosh Kumbhakoni was called to the Assembly Secretariat to seek legal opinion.
Shiv Sena MP Arvind Sawant said that Uddhav Thackeray will decide whether to take the rebels back to the party or not. Action will be taken against 16 MLAs. All legal processes have been completed today.
Demand for action against 16 MLAs of Shinde faction
