How did the accident happen?
B. A police officer from Singhpur police station said, “Bendhur Mandal’s 67-year-old father died around 1 am on Wednesday at his residence. Later, Mandal’s family took his father’s body to their native village Kamta for the last rites.” Came. Relatives and family members were busy making arrangements for the cremation when Benudhar Mandal went just behind the house for some work. At that moment a branch of a tree fell on him and he died.”
Family saddened by two deaths
“Mandal suffered serious head injuries and was immediately taken to the Community Health Center in Borigumma, where doctors declared him ‘dead’,” the police officer said. As soon as the news of the death of the son spread after the father, there was mourning in the area. Family members and relatives cremated the body amid tears in their eyes.
