Mayawati gets angry at Rahul Gandhi over reservation.

New Delhi: Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi is on a US tour these days. Meanwhile, he gave a statement on reservation. After Rahul Gandhi’s statement, Mayawati has targeted both Congress and BJP. BSP supremo Mayawati has posted on social media platform X. In her post, Mayawati wrote, ‘The Congress party government did not implement OBC reservation while being in power for a long time at the center and this party, which has conducted caste census in the country, is now dreaming of coming to power under its guise. Beware of this drama of theirs which will never be able to conduct caste census in future.’

Conspiracy to end reservation

Mayawati further wrote, ‘Now be cautious of this drama of Congress party’s supreme leader Rahul Gandhi, in which he has said abroad that when India will be in a better condition, we will end the reservation of SC, ST, OBC. It is clear from this that Congress has been conspiring to end their reservation for years. People of these classes should be cautious of this deadly statement given by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, because as soon as this party comes to power at the center, it will definitely end their reservation under the pretext of this statement. These people must be cautious of this party which is pretending to save the constitution and reservation.’

Anti-reservation thinking from the very beginning

Mayawati wrote in her post, ‘While in reality Congress has always been anti-reservation. When their reservation quota was not fulfilled in their government at the centre, Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar resigned from the post of law minister due to not getting justice from this party. People should be cautious. Overall, till the casteism is completely eradicated from the country, despite the situation in India being relatively better, the social, economic and educational condition of these classes is not going to improve. Therefore, it is necessary to continue the correct constitutional system of reservation till the casteism is completely eradicated.’
