ASP Phulwari Sharif Manish Kumar Sinha exposed the whole matter by disclosing the gang rape of a girl in Santosh Hotel located at Bagga Tola in Janipur, Danapur. On March 20, on the statement of a girl in Janipur police station, 4 accused have been arrested in action while registering a case of gang rape.

He told that the police has disclosed the case of gang rape within 12 hours and while taking action the SHO of Naubatpur Janipur along with Phulwari Sharif has arrested 4 accused. These accused include Dheeraj, Vishal, Golu and Bachiya. Raids are being conducted to arrest the hotel owner along with other accused.

It is worth mentioning that on March 18, a girl who was returning home from Patna AIIMS after seeing her sick aunt, was gang-raped at Santosh Hotel in Bagga Tola. After keeping the girl hostage for one day, she was raped whole night and day. However, after getting the opportunity, the girl somehow escaped from the clutches of the criminals and told the whole thing to the police.

ASP Manish Kumar Sinha told that in this case the hotel is being sealed while registering a case against the owner of the hotel as well. Simultaneously, preparations are being made to send the arrested accused to jail. The girl’s medical has also been done.

According to the girl, three youths were already present in the room. After that, by closing the room, everyone took turns to gang-rape the girl. Not only this, by keeping him locked in the same room for the whole night, he kept destroying his reputation. Seeing the opportunity the next day, the girl ran away.
