A passenger tweeted to Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, writing, ‘VietJet’s license should be cancelled.’ He also complained about the airline not providing any facilities despite the rude behavior of the staff and frequent delays.
Passengers stranded for about 11 hours say that the situation is more difficult for senior citizens.
