Here in the car, it has now been made mandatory for the drivers as well as all the people sitting in it to wear seat belts. An order has been issued by the Mumbai Traffic Police regarding this, in which it has been said that action will be taken against those who do not follow the rules. Along with this, those who have any defect in the seat belt in the car, they have also been given time to get them corrected. After this, the order will be strictly implemented from November 1.

Mumbai Traffic Police has started showing strictness to the car driver along with his passengers in view of the cases of deaths in frequent car accidents. According to the order issued, now it has been made mandatory for all the passengers sitting in the car apart from the drivers to wear seat belts. Traffic police will start taking action against those who do not follow this rule.

Police bid – get the seat belt fixed by October 31
According to the order of the traffic police, those whose cars do not have seat belts or are defective, the traffic police has given time till October 31 to get them repaired. After this, action will be started by implementing this order from November 1.

Gadkari has also said about the necessity of seat belt
Significantly, the government is concerned about the continuous deaths in car accidents. A few days ago, Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has also said that it is mandatory for all the members of the car to wear seat belts. After the death of former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry, the government has taken a big decision for the safety of the passengers sitting in the back seat of the car.
