Mumbai police constable commits suicide
Mumbai: The fire of love illuminates one’s life and burns another’s to ashes. The latest case has come to light from Worli area of Mumbai. A police constable in Mumbai committed suicide by hanging himself just because he had a fight with his girlfriend.
The age of the police constable is only 27 years. Not only did he commit suicide, but before committing suicide he also clicked a photo of himself hanging himself with a noose around his neck and sent this photo to his girlfriend’s friend, so that her girlfriend would know that he had committed suicide.
What is the whole matter?
There was a fight between the constable and his girlfriend because the constable used to talk to other girls on Instagram. An official said that the incident took place at 10 pm last night, when Salunkhe committed suicide by hanging himself on the iron grill installed on the library window. Salunkhe was posted in the Local Arms Department of Mumbai Police.
According to information received from sources, Salunkhe was in love with a woman living in Goregaon area of Mumbai. Both were together since April this year. It is alleged that the deceased constable used to interact with other women on Instagram, due to which there was a fight between him and his girlfriend.
There was a fight around 4 pm last evening
Sources said that there was a fight between the two at Worli Chowpatty around 4 pm last evening, after which the constable dropped her at Dadar station around 6 pm. After this, around 6.30 pm, he blocked his girlfriend on social media and committed suicide by hanging himself around 10 pm.
The police have recorded the statement of the brother of the deceased constable, in which he has not named anyone as an accused or expressed suspicion on anyone. In this case, the police have registered ADR and started investigation.
