Officers are not telling the right thing to CM Yogi, they are involved in looting; BJP MLAs in UP are furious

A case of finding a half-burnt body of a woman came to light in Ghaziabad Loni border area on Saturday morning. After which local Loni MLA Nand Kishore Gurjar targeted the police patrolling and once again raised questions about law and order. The BJP MLA said that the higher officials of Ghaziabad Police are not serious. Taking a jibe at the Police Commissioner, the MLA called him a Viceroy and said that he is only engaged in stopping the auto rickshaws of the poor.

The MLA alleged that the commissioner did not reach the spot even on such a big crime. He also said that he does not reach any crime scene. Along with this, the MLA also alleged that the graph of crime in the commissionerate is continuously increasing. He said that he will soon meet the Chief Minister and talk on this subject.

‘It is our duty to tell the truth to the government’

MLA Nand Kishore Gurjar released a video on Saturday and said, ‘It is very sad and painful that a sister was burnt on the main road, I had said earlier that there should be policing here. Because some such incidents have happened here earlier too. But no attention was paid. For the last one and a half years, the situation has become such that if we speak, then the officers somewhere say that we are speaking against the government. It is our duty to convey the matter to the government, to tell the government.’

‘The commissioner does not visit any crime spot’

Further raising questions on the commissioner, he said, ‘The commissioner does not come anywhere after a single incident, the government must have sent him for law and order, because here there is a government with zero tolerance. But the way the officers are only engaged in looting money, and are not paying attention to policing, this is a very unfortunate situation in democracy.

Being an MLA, he told himself ashamed

The MLA further said, ‘I feel that I am very ashamed of being an MLA, whether we became MLAs to see these days. Our daughters are being raped, they are being burnt alive. Many past incidents have not been revealed till date. A daughter’s body was found in a sack in Sahibabad, it has not been revealed till date. There are many such incidents which are in the dark and the efforts made to save the criminals in the rapes and rapes that took place, I have told the entire administration about it. The way they are bringing disrepute to the government, the officials should pay attention to it. And we will soon talk to the Honorable Chief Minister on this subject because I feel that even there the correct information about the incidents is not being given.’

‘Sisters stopped leaving the house’

Further, the MLA said, ‘Just a few days ago, it was printed in the newspaper that crime has reduced in Ghaziabad, which made people laugh. Sisters have stopped going out of the house because as soon as they go out, their chains are snatched, their bags are snatched, they are stabbed, their houses are looted. The situation has become such that it cannot be described in words. Now it cannot be seen at all.’

Kanishner was told Viceroy

Addressing the commissioner as viceroy, the MLA further said, ‘Today’s incident that happened in my place Loni is very painful and I hope that the Chief Minister will take cognizance of this incident and if the Viceroy who is not coming out and is busy stopping the auto rickshaws of the poor goes to these incidents, I think the policing here would have improved. Not registering a report on paper and just showing that crime has reduced is a very shameful thing. The officer should only do his duty, he should not work as someone’s spokesperson.
