The matter came to light when in September 2022 the owner of the car applied for a high security number plate. After this, when the application reached the RTO department, a shocking thing came to the fore and the car owner was told that your number plate is fake. That is, for 8 years the car owner kept on carrying fake registration papers and could not keep anyone’s clue about this.
Car owner Manish Mishra told that he had bought the car in the year 2014 from a car showroom in Gorakhpur. After this he also deposited the fee for the registration papers but he was given fake RC papers. Manish said that according to the registration paper he had received, up 51 aa 6262 was given. He thought that fake papers would not be given by the vehicle showroom owner, but he was given such paper by cheating by taking him into confidence. It was not even registered in the RTO department. By applying this number plate, he kept on taking his car on the roads for 8 years.
Even if there was an accident many times, he also took the benefit of insurance and got the insurance registered every year. Now that the matter has come to the fore and the connivance of the owner of the vehicle showroom and the Eighth Department has been exposed, he has immediately lodged an FIR of cheating with him in the police station. In this matter, it has to be seen what action the Basti police takes against the then RTO and retired Babu along with the car showroom owner who did fraud?
