Om Prakash Rajbhar met Home Minister Amit Shah, discussed issues including UP and Bihar

New Delhi: Senior leader of Uttar Pradesh and head of Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party, Om Prakash Rajbhar met Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on Thursday. After meeting Shah, Rajbhar said on social media website ‘X’ that there was a cordial meeting between the two leaders on the occasion of New Year and during this many political issues including the political situation in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar were discussed. Rajbhar had raised questions on Ram temple

However, he was dismissed from the Yogi cabinet in May 2019 due to anti-alliance activities, after which he joined hands with Akhilesh Yadav before the 2022 elections. Rajbhar had created a stir in 2022 by saying that he is not a Hindu and he will not join NDA. He had also raised questions on the construction of Ram temple and said that BJP had been asked to focus on schools more than temples.
