In this application applicant’s name- Tommy, father’s name- Sheru, mother’s name- Gini, Village- Pandepokhar, Gram Panchayat- Rauna, Ward No.-13, Circle- Guraru, Thana- Konch have been mentioned. At the same time, the dog’s Aadhaar card number- 993460458271 has been inserted. Aadhar card is also uploaded.
Mobile number- 9934604535 is mentioned in the application. Profession- Student, Caste Roll Number-113, Date of Birth- 14/4/2022 has been written. The application number is- BCCCO/2023/314491. Self-affidavit has also been given in this application. Surprisingly this application was accepted. The photo of the dog is also affixed on the Aadhaar card. After the matter came up for discussion, there has been a stir in the Zonal Office and efforts are being made to find the applicant.
