One terrorist killed in ongoing encounter in J&K’s Kulgam – Fast Hindi News

Srinagar: A terrorist was killed in an ongoing encounter between terrorists and security officials in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday evening.

The encounter began in Kulgam’s Ahwatu area when joint teams of security forces launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) following information about the presence of terrorists.

According to Additional Director General of Police, Vijay Kumar, two local terrorists belonging to the banned terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) were trapped in the encounter.

He said that both the trapped terrorists are involved in many terror crime cases.
